Trademark Properties deeply considers the people in their buildings and in their process of building. 

They corral community leaders and specialists to brainstorm ways to create properties that best serve the people of the place. This collaboration process can often show itself as stacks of transparency paper with marker strokes outlining and making notes. 

So, we took note for their fresh visual identity. Transparency paper textures and opacities. Marker strokes outlining properties, rippling into the image (and community). Human-centered photography of people within their spaces.

Taking the green color the client wanted to explore, we added a palette of green tones for a more approachable, organic, nature-inspired identity than their previous red palette. 

Typography communicates a blend of modernity and welcoming. When deployed around images of a property or border, we’re able to create a sense of place and space. 

Overall, our goal was to prioritize the way the people of the communities gather within these properties. To reflect Trademark’s trademark level of collaboration and consideration.
